The Good Loaf is a small family bakehouse. We mix, fold and shape every loaf ourselves, waiting a full day before it ever sees the oven. That patience is the whole secret: deeper flavor, a more digestible crumb, a crust worth the wait.
★★★★★The absolute BEST bread in New England! We try to get a loaf every Saturday at the farmer's market and have already noticed how it has enhanced our meals for the week. Their danishes are divine!
